Trinidad and Tobago earned it’s first medal at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games after Dylan Carter won Silver in the Men’s 50m Butterfly at Optus Aquatic Centre on Friday 6 April.
“Simply, I really enjoy what I do. As an extension, officiating has given me the opportunity to interact with people, all kinds, from different parts of the world. It has given me the opportunity to be exposed to different cultures and to observe, learn and bring back those experiences to my roles as an administrator, player and even employee”.
Oh what a night! Opening night of the 21st Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia was fantastic for many reasons, not least because the local contingent was able to show off the uniquely flavoured T&T culture.
