He won a bronze medal in the Boys Under-17 category in 2010 with a throw of 16.18 meters, and later captured gold in the Boys Under-20 category in 2013 with a throw of 18.66 meters. His performances reflect consistent growth and success in regional athletics.💐 Zarek Wilson, a talented swimmer from Trinidad and Tobago, has made a strong impact at the CARIFTA Aquatics Championships. In 2023, he won gold in the 50m backstroke, bronze in the 100m butterfly, and helped his team set a CARIFTA record in the 400m freestyle relay.
